Screenshots from pdf files in iCloud create duplicates in download folder

Hi,

when I open a pdf file stored in iCloud Drive and do a screenshot of a page from this document, safe it as a image, i get a copy of the whole pdf file in my downloads folder.

Why? Is there a option to disable this? I just need the one file I use and the screenshots i save in pictures. Why do I get a copy each time which I have to delete afterwards. File name is: screenshot + date

when I Store the file in the downloads folder and do screenshots I get cooy documents called: open folder downloads x

please tell me how to stop this
