Cochlear device not connecting to iPhone

I have a Nucleus 7 processor, and successfully paired my device several months ago when I first received my new processor. Everything worked well, until a week ago when my phone suddenly unpaired I have not been able to connect to my phone ever since. Cochlear site was no help, said the issue is with my phone. Yes, I have tried the following: turning my device off and back on, turning my blue tooth off and back on, restarting my phone, did the "forget this device" and started over, made sure my internet was working and had a strong signal, rebooted my internet. HELP!

When you look under Settings/Accessibility does your Nucleus even show up? If it does not show up my only thought would be to go to Settings/General/Transfer or Rest iPhone/Reset/Reset Network Settings. This may sound severe but it does just do a good reset of the network settings which make your bluetooth do a complete reset.Careful to only touch Reset Network Settings. Post back your findings.
