Apps unable to access camera or microphone

When allow camera appears in apps it will not allow me to click on- grayed out-tried fixes/ phone is brand new

Unable to enable camera and microphone for apps in iPhone Yesterday, my apps were completely normal and allowed me to use camera and microphone. But today, when i went on snapchat, instagram, tiktok, etc., it said i needed to give permission to use camera. So i of course went to setting to enable it, but the enable button isnt showing. I tried everything, i went to safari to search, i went to privacy and security in settings, i went on apple community to see if people were having the same problem (they did), but NONE of them had a response. iPhone 16 Pro Max iOS ver 18.3 - Camera stopped working in apps iPhone 16 Pro Max iOS ver 18.3 - Camera stopped working in apps like Marco Polo and Amazon. No error, just a black screen. All Privacy and app settings are set to allow camera access to apps, but no joy. Any thoughts?
