Apple Watch unpaired and stuck

My watch was behind on updates because I’ve been at sea and unable to update it due to lack of WiFi. Now it’s unpaired and wasn’t showing ok Bluetooth. So I tried unpairing and repairing on the app but it’s stuck on a screen I haven’t seen anywhere. All I can do is hard reset. There’s no way to erase all information on it. I’ve only had it a year and a half
