How can i enbabel Icloud- sharing link

It looks like you are attempting to enable iCloud Sharing within the Share menu. The check mark shown beside iCloud Sharing indicates this feature is already enabled. Take a look at Use the Share menu on Mac for more help using the Share menu.

Do you know if your Mac is managed? If so, that can impact the settings you can adjust. Go to System Preferences > Profiles (Profiles & Device Management) and let us know if anything is there.

This is an option for sharing your iCloud Photos. Take a look at Share photos using other apps and websites in Photos on Mac to learn how to share photos on your Mac.

Additionally, taking a look at the original screenshot you shared, "Copy Link" is already enabled.
