My question is, can I still see the silence notification on when I’m blocked? I sent a message and it went from blue to green but I can see the silence notification on. Is there any other reason why I would be able to see that notification but my message went from blue to green right away? Thank you.

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
