When I click on a phone number, Skype opens. How can I stop that from happening?

Since installing Skype, it opens when I click on a phone number [often accidentally]. Can't find anything is Sys Prefs nor Skype settings.

I'm using a Mac mini so I'm normally copy & pasting it to iPhone...

Mac mini, macOS 12.4
