apple storage

When I get to the end of Apple storage downgrade from 2T to 200GB ticked (with 82GB stored info) the done box won't highlight and so I am prevented from making the change. Any hints?

Can't downgrade storage. After completing all steps, "Done" is alway greyed out. I'm using only 20gm of iclouds storage but paying for 200. When I try to downgrade, all goes well until the last step—the "Done" button is always greyed out.

Icloud Storage Unable to downgrade Icloud storage to free 5 GB, current have 200 GB. When follow the instructions from how to downgrade the icloud storage (click on manage storage) in the last step on click done is failed, cause the done is still in grey (can't be click). Is there another way to downgrade the icloud storage to free?
