Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.

It includes the email address and password you use to sign in as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services.

Re: invalid postcode

Seems the postcode must match the country of the App Store you use,

and

the postcode needs to match the one used with credit / debit card personal info.

If necessary: You can try entering a zero, 0 in the postcode section.

Re: my Malawian phone number is also invalid

You may need to add the country code / area code before / as part of / your phone number.

You might try entering only numbers (no spaces).

Re: "This Apple ID Has Not Yet Been Used in The iTunes Store".

Seems this message appears if you do not have a payment method in your Apple ID account. Apple requires this, for the first time you use the App Store or iTunes Store.

This applies even if you are downloading only free apps.
