I'm trying to order a Mac pro 13 m2 chip from Dubai, I'm trying to amend the storage from 8 Gb to 16 Gb but the delivery needs like 2 weeks , the question if I went tp Apple store can I get it immediately or I have to wait ( I'm travelling for 4- nights)

You would have to ask the store (you can find the store and their phone number here: https://apple.com/retail). However, stores only carry a few basic configurations, and, if your configuration is not a standard one the store probably won’t have it. The reason it needs 2 weeks is because it has to be built and shipped from the factory.
