We see your iPhone is sometimes not responding when you're roaming or using your second line. To clarify, are you internationally roaming? Also, you mentioned it works as expected when you're home. Are you on Wi-Fi then?
Which iOS version are you running under Settings > General > About? Updating to the latest and then checking for carrier updates would be a great start for this. Be sure to back up first:

If that doesn't help, you might also want to check Settings > Battery > Battery Health. Do you see any alerts there? iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support
