Can I fix my iPhone after getting a non genuine screen?

I had to get my screen replaced and I thought I brought it to a good repair store specializing in apple products, but they used a non genuine part and now my Face ID is permanently disabled. Do y’all know if I get a new Apple screen will it fix the issue?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

Yes, but you will have to pay for the replacement screen from an actual Apple Store or authorized service provider.

Maybe.

If they find damage caused by the unauthorized service provider, they will refuse to proceed. You could be left with a completely non-functional phone.
