Adding email account in iOS12 & <Accounts> field is non-existent. How can I add new email account.

Adding email account in iOS12 & <Accounts> field is non-existent. How can I add new email account.

Regretfully, Account Changes was already set to Allow. I switched to <Disallow> and then back to <Allow> to see if that would work, but the <Add Account> field still did not appear where it should have.
Go to Settings/Mail. Are you saying you don’t see Accounts as an option? In that case go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and change Account Changes to Allow.
I don't know what I did, but I did manage to get to the <Add New Account> field back. Couldn't have done it with our your help. Many thanks.
