Service dropping on iPhone 13

Anyone else have constant issues with their iPhone 13 completely losing service? I use LTE all the time, no Wifi, no Blue Tooth. Have always done this. Previous iPhone had no issues. My iPhone 13 frequently blanks out of service entirely. Turning off Cellular and turning it back on DOES NOT reactivate it. The only way is to shut the phone off and restart it, service is immediately active, but I have to do this probably a dozen times a day. Yes, I'm in range, yes, I have the correct SIM, yes, my phone is updated.

If the range of the mobile network is OK,

  • Contact your carrier.
  • If your carrier confirms that there's no issue with your account or network, but you still can't connect to a cellular network, contact Apple Support.
