Echo using carplay

Does this happen if you receive a call over Bluetooth in your car when CarPlay is not active? If you aren't sure, we recommend testing that out. This will help us further isolate the issue.

Also, what is your exact iOS version and when did you first notice this?

Since the issue doesn't happen with Bluetooth via your car stereo and only CarPlay, it appears the issue is coming from CarPlay.
