Seems you want t disabled filters, correct? If so, perform the followiung

Mail rule processing is quite capable, and well beyond what iPhone and iPad can manage. Rules allow filing and saving selected arriving messages for later, flagging messages, and a number of other tasks.
In MAIL on iPhone you can check the real sender info and mark "Block this Contact".

Sorry Mail on Macs is a poor cousin to Mail on iOS.
