Can Apple change iPhone battery for free?

If my phone needs a change of battery can Apple do that for free ?

and i want to say that I bought this iphone direct from the Mobile company wich is Claro Peru.

If you have AppleCare you get a free battery replacement if your iPhone’s maximum capacity is less than 80%.

If you are within one year of original purchase and your Battery Health is below 80%, then yes, it's free.

Otherwise, it's $69.00 USD.
