Iphone 13 Display issue After Updating 17.6.1 Got an update for IOS 17.6.1 for my Iphone 13, which is 2.5 years old. I updated it from my end and once its updated the screen was back. I tried to press the power button i can sense the vibration and then tried calling my mobile i can hear the sound as well. Finally i got to know by self my display is gone. I checked with Apple Service center and seriously was happy with their service. They didnt even check my Display by opening my mobile. They did the factory reset and later updated the IOS and informed me its an hardware issue and asked for 26K Rupees to change the new Display. just for updating the IOS and Factory reset they informed me that i should pay 2000 Rupees. I didnt trust the apple service center i gave it to a third party service center, they checked and told me that it can be flex cable issue or hardware issue and later confirmed its an hardware issue. Now my question is, after updating my iphone to IOS 17.6.1 why there is an Hardware issue? I am keeping my Iphone safely, no accidents, no hard throw but still whats the exact reason for my display issue. Cost of my Mobile is 90K 2.5 years back and again why should i pay 26K for display which is not my fault. i dont have the Apple customer care email id! do respond in Forum or reply back to my email id Al************@gmail.com [Edited by Moderator]

You are not going to be able to control the "non genuine display" message. What will happen is the following:

You will see a notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About
