closing an account

My Apple ID was hacked by sb and I changed my apple ID and I made a new one with an other email but I still receive the emails from my last apple ID and that person use that ID to purchase different products. Can you close my previous account please?

My Apple Id got hacked So my gmail account just got hacked and took over all of my accounts including my apple Id, as that email was what I used. I want to be able to change my apple id email, but I can’t do that since the hacker has got a hold of my account. What should I do?
