Reset password bug when trying to unlock account

Hello my Apple ID is locked and I don’t have access to my trusted phone numbers I only have my recovery key when trying to unlock the account specifically when trying to put in a new password this spinning wheel bug keeps occurring it’s really frustrating and it happens on multiple devices if anyone faced this problem before please share your solution to me I’d really appreciate it
