Creating Folders

I am trying to create folders in mail but can't get them to work.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4

1) Select the Mail account in the sidebar where you want the subfolder.

2) Either right-click or click Mailbox from the menu bar. Then pick New Mailbox.

Sub folders in Mail will not click and drag to a new folder I am trying to move email folders to a new account within Mail. Some of the folders I could just click and drag, but anything with a subfolder will not let me drag it. Is there an easier way of moving my emails to this new account? I have many sub folders.....

Can't create new folders in Mail Running Monterey 12.6.8, Macbook Pro. I can no longer create new folders in Mail. They appear as if I did and then promptly disappears.
