Where exactly do you see in a contact that it has been blocked?
Are you using any spam blocking apps?
When you call someone the only way you can be blocked is if the person you are calling blocks you. There is nothing on your phone that can cause you to be blocked.
Thanks for trying to help but I have not been blocked by my sister. We've been calling one another for over 50 years all types of phones with no issues then about 3 weeks ago every time I called her it went to her voicemail. Yesterday I looked and every person in my contacts had been arbitrarily blocked somehow and I cannot unblock. But she can call call me no problem. If she were truly blocked she would not get through
All my contacts have been blocked and I didn't do it. Now if I call my sister I get sent to her voicemail.
