What do I neee to do to get my new device. I filed a claim back on 6/6/22 and haven’t heard anything back. I called and was told I needed to talk to assurant but they don’t cover the 12 and was transfers back to Apple. Now Apple says I need to file a claim Online but it says there’s already a claim in process.

No, I never received anything that’s why I called in today. The email Apple provided was broken and stated “Please save this email, as it contains the information you’ll need to check the status of your claim. Once $providerName receives your information, they will send you an email with further instructions.”
so$providername didn’t populate and had no idea who to contact
