Apple Support does not have access to your Apple Card account information. If you need help with Apple Card MasterCard transactions, please contact Goldman Sachs Apple Card support team.


CONTACTING — Goldman Sachs Bank 

• Using Messages; chat with an Apple Card specialist

• Call toll-free at 877-255-5923; or

• Write to: Goldman Sachs Bank, Lockbox 6112, P.O. Box 7247, Philadelphia, PA 19170-6112.


If a transaction is declined, many times it’s not your credit card, but rather the merchants terminal, network, or their card processor.


If the transaction shows in your Apple Card wallet and says declined in red, it’s a card issue. If the transaction doesn’t show in your wallet app, it’s a merchant or network issue.

HypnoticExoticTX — have you contacted Apple Support? They may be requiring a credit card as backup? Do you have a valid credit card attached to your account? Please contact Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE.
