How I can keep all my Apple transactions from declining my payments?

Every month when I go to my apple transactions to make sure my bills are getting paid I get a lot of declined transactions that get declined. This happens all the time even when I have money in my account. I have several transactions for different things and I want to know if I could be billed in one bill because that’s what causing the declined payments.

I would like to know how I can keep all my apple transactions from declining my payments. I am paying lots more overdraft fees for transactions that just keep going through my account over and over again. I have talked with the bank about this.
