Máximum capacity battery

My MacBook has 217 cycles, but I don't understand why when it reaches 215 cycles, the maximum capacity drops from 100% to 97%, 2 days later, I charged it again, it dropped to 96%.

I always drain the battery of the 80% to 20% (sometimes I let it charge full or close to 95-85% no more than 20-30 times), I rarely discharge it to 10% or I let the whole battery discharge (no more than 6 times), no matter what, in less than 30 minutes the battery loses 2%-5%, why is this?

This is not a problem, this is perfectly normal. Batteries age with use, with every charging cycle to be precise.

And sometimes it will look that it drops fast, but after that it can come to a standstill for months, as said this is perfectly normal.
