iTunes thinks my album downloaded, but it didn't
I purchased Queen's Greatest Hits (volume 1) which comes with a PDF of the album booklet. Only the booklet and not the songs downloaded onto my laptop (Windows 10). I removed it from my library and downloaded again with the same result. iTunes thinks it is downloaded, and it plays in iTunes, but the files don't show up in my iTunes Media folder, only the bonus PDF. I tried purchasing another single song, and that downloaded fine, and the file is visible/accessible.
I tried deleting it from my library thinking that it might clear it completely from the cache, but there appears to be no way to redownload it. There is now no record of it in my purchases (downloaded or otherwise), yet when I look it up in the store, it says "Purchased." How can I redownload it now, and why weren't the files downloaded despite iTunes' belief that they were?
I need to be able to access the files because I want to get the music on my Android phone. I prefer to use iTunes because I like to have my own music files. I have a huge library of music from my digitised CD collection, and I want to be able to listen to all my music in my Poweramp app where I can tune the sound.
