How to get a refund

Hi.

I tried suscribing a 3 days trial and renew for both 1,159,000VND & 279,000VND. However, I have changed my mind and no longer needed, therefore I did deactive my credit card and I thought it definately canceled if overdue.

But when I' active my credit card this morning to buy new app. Unfortunately, both above items were back to charge.

Could you check is it possible that I can get back my refund?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks.

Duyen

If you are trying to request a refund this page can give you information about this:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Otherwise you can also head over to this link: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

Once you get to that after signing in with your Apple ID it should show you a list of all the apps, subscriptions, and content you have recently purchased. Select the content you are referring to and request a refund.

If the subscription isn't billed through Apple:

Don't see the subscription when you follow the steps to cancel your subscription? You might have purchased that subscription from another company.

On your bank statement, find the charge for the subscription. If your bank statement doesn't say Apple, apple.com/bill, or something similar, Apple doesn't provide this subscription to you. To cancel the subscription, contact the company that offers the subscription to you. Statements often list the name of the company, such as Hulu, Pandora, YouTube, Amazon, HBO, etc.

According to Apple:

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.

Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple ID balance.

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
