My iphone 7 dropped in water bucket and i put in sunlight dried it with hair dryer but it has now water blots on secreen and colour distortion and speakers are mute

Water damages are often not possible to fix since they can cause erosion on vital parts of the phone. Usually, putting the device in a bag of rice for 48-72h are recommended over using heat to dry the phone since the heat can damage other parts of the phone.

Water damage is not covered by the warranty, although if you have Apple Care+ or another insurance that cover your phone, you might be able to get som help using that option.
