How do I keep the hotspot from turning off? I need it on all day, my last android had no problem with it, is this just a apple problem?
I saw a apple staff answer something about family sharing and things of that nature but that does nothing for non apple products, I just want to use an iPhone for work but it seems impossible.

Personal hotspot just seems to be broken. After AUTO disconnecting my devises, I can no longer connect! Unless I restart my devices I can’t connect back after your silly feature disconnects me without my permission.
why is this only an apple problem? Is this being worked on at all?
As I said in my post I need it on all day, as I'm using it for work, this is a problem. Charge isn't a problem when it's plugged into a car charging all day.
This is a silly feature and if it should exist at all it should be with a toggle auto off switch.
Why does it say solved? What the heck apple? This is ridiculous.

I believe that the Hotspot feature on iOS-devices turns itself off after a while of inactivity (no device connected) to preserve battery life. If your other device is connected to your iPhone at all times - it should not be any problem.
