Face id
My phone is saying true depth camera problem, could it be the screen guard? I never dropped it, and it’s new , the Face ID just stopped working,what might be the problem

Can you try removing the screen guard? It might be that the screen protector is reflecting some light back and causing issues. If that does not work, try resetting the iPhone. Last resort is to bring it to the nearest Apple Store for hardware check-up.
