When will the new OS after Big Sur be ready for installation

the old Monterey is crap. when will the new OS that is replacing it be ready? I have a glitch in OS 11.6.7 that keeps on asking me to download software to connect IOS and Mac OS. Also, the software update no longer works as it is still looking for a software update.

Mac mini, macOS 11.6

If you see "Software update is required to connect to your iOS device" on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Q - I have a glitch in OS 11.6.7 "

A - What glitch as Big Sur 11.6.7 is the latest version

Q - Also, the software update no longer works as it is still looking for a software update.

A - 1 - Like poor Wifi connection

2 - Slow wifi connection

3 - Too many other people downloading at the same time and Apple Severs are overloaded

4 - Software on the computer interfering with the download process including AntiVirus Software

Notation: Disabling the AV Software may or may not solve the issue. Removal of the AV Software may increase the chances of the download to perform as expected.

5 - Running behind a VPN which may increase Packet losses or corruption of the download

6 - If via wifi too many Other devices using the wifi at the same time reducing the Bandwidth to your computer.

7 - Best Results are via Ethernet Cable to Router

8 - Restart the computer in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

FWIW, if you are experiencing issues with Big Sur, you may want to figure out why you're having issues BEFORE trying to upgrade to either Monterey or Ventura. (when it officially launches) judging by what I've seen in these pages, upgrading to any macOS on a Mac that is having issues with the current macOS amplifies issues, not fixes them.
