How do I restore an iPhone 6?

How do I restore an iPhone 6 using an internet only Chromebook? I can't get iTunes out iCloud to download to restore anything. Please help me, I'm such an idiot!

You can restore an iPhone 6 using either a Mac or a PC. A Chromebook is not a PC, so it cannot be used to restore the iPhone 6.
