How can I send my text conversations with my wife who has accidentally deleted her conversations with me, as my wife wants them back as they are great memories

You can try the following:

1. Tap and hold on the particular message until you see "Copy, Translate, More"
2. Select More and that will allow you to select messages.
3. On the bottom right corner is the FORWARD icon
