Apple Watch Series 7 Stuck on Spinning Clock

I have an Apple Watch, series 7, GPS + Cellular

I have had this spinning clock on my apple watch, when I click on the clock I just see it spinning and I've had this problem for a while.

I've read (there was another apple discussion) where they recommended me to restart my apple watch and erase all content and settings, which provided a fix but a temporary one. Last night my apple watch died and I re-charged it, I woke up again to a spinning clock after 2 weeks. Every time I try to do a software update on the watch it starts becoming like this, and every time I restart it as well.

I would hate having to factory reset the watch every time, does anyone have any solutions?
