iPhone 13 pro - When casting - if I press volume it - it turns the output receiver (tv/stereo) to maximum

When I am using my iPhone to cast videos or music to my chromecast, changing the volume using the rockers on the phone results in the volume on the chromecast device being cranked to the maximum. The same thing happens with my buddies iPhone SE

when I hooked up to my tv chromecast - the volume will shoot from low to 100% with one touch of the rocker!

this is going to blow my speakers and for now - I can’t cast YouTube because of this problem. I never know when an accidental touch of my phone volume button will turn the volume up to 100%.
