Safari Allow JavaScript from Apple Events and Apple Shortcuts Not Working Together

Under the Develop menu in Safari I have the Allow JavaScript from Apple Events enabled, clicked Allow, and entered my password, however, Apple Shortcuts displays an error message that reads "Unable to Run JavaScript on Web Page Make sure that "Allow JavaScript from Apple Events" is enabled in the Develop menu in Safari. The Develop menu can be enabled in the Advanced section of Safari's Preferences. In the Apple Shortcuts app, it displays "Make sure that "Allow JavaScript from Apple Events" is enabled in the Develop menu in Safari. The Develop menu can be enabled in the Advanced section of Safari's Preferences."

I have tried to turn off/on Allow JavaScript from Apple Events in the Develop menu in Safari and then Quit both Safari and Apple Shortcuts.

Nothing I have tried seems to resolve the error in Apple Shortcuts. Has anyone else success with this issue?
