my phone is not charging when i plug it in it says that water is being detected and then i put emergency charge so it charged for a while now it’s not showing or charging at all

If it detected watch, you need to set it up for service. Use the Get Support link at the top of the page here, or if you have an Apple Store close by, make a Genius Bar appointment and have the device examined by Apple. They will explain your options.
