iPhone 13 data transfer issue

I made the mistake of buying a new iphone13 3 days ago, after 3 days of spendingmultiple hours of trying to transfer data from my old IPhone XR to the new iPhone 13 Through automatic transfer, iCloud, through iTunes, laptop and multiple visits to apple service centre as well the apple authorised reseller and 3 hours on phone with apple customer support I am finally giving up and wondering what to do with this phone!! There is no solution in sight and not sure if there is option to return the phone. I have been using iPhone for last 8 years now with multipliers upgrades but this is probably the worst experience I have had with apple and want to switch to android now

If you made your purchase at an Apple Store, you have 14 days to return the iPhone for a full refund, no questions asked. If you purchased from another outlet, you need to check their return policy.

You went to an Apple Service center and they were unable to help you transfer data? What did they say before you left? What did Apple phone support say. What happens when you try to transfer the data?

Yes, I went to 2 apple authorised service centres and both were unable to transfer data even after trying for 3-4 hours. Before leaving they have apple customer support number and told me to try my luck there..Also spoke to apple customer support for 2 hours but in vain. after 1 hour of trying to transfer data the new iPhone 13 flashes message that data transfer not possible as iPhone does not have enough storage
