Tiktok notifications of live events

I have a issue with Tiktok because I don’t receive notifications when a user go live.

Notifications I thought DarkSky and Weather app had been integrated, but I can’t figure out how to set custom notifications — not severe weather alerts. Am I missing something?

Push notifications I recently installed AccuWeather and it said Push Notifications were turned off and I should go to Settings and turn them on. I went to Settings and Notifications are turned on in general and for AccuWeather specifically, but I haven’t seen anything specifically about Push Notifications in awhile. I know you used to be able to turn them on for always or off and set Fetch up for every 15, 60 minutes, etc. Anyway, I can’t find that setting anymore. Is this app just not up to date or am I missing something?
