Hi,
Drivers for the Epson L355 are listed on the following Epson support pages:
Different drivers may be offered in different regions.
Be careful when attempting to download drivers. Use official web sites for a printer manufacturer, or download from Apple (or another trustworthy source). There are many dubious sites with names or web addresses that suggest a connection with a printer manufacturer.

According to Apple's list here the Epson L355 is not AirPrint capable for easy Wi-Fi connection, but drivers are available here up to macOS Catalina, and may work for systems beyond Catalina. You haven't stated which system your Mac is using.
What software were you trying to install when you say "it's app"?
This printer is something in the order of seven years old, well beyond the expected life of a printer. As it has lasted that long it has served you well - or a previous owner. Even if you are able to get it to work with your MPB you might want to consider researching for your next printer, which will be much less troublesome than the L355.
