Caller ID not sent from iPhone 7 iOS 15.6 Caller ID works on outgoing calls from my wife’s phone, same iOS. I have unset and then set again the setting to show caller ID, and I have rebooted my phone.

Caller ID is a carrier service. If you are not receiving caller ID contact your carrier.
