Snapchat device ban

So i got deviced banned of this phone and i have another phone in which i use snapchat but the thing is on this phone i made a random account and it works normal but a couple days ago i put in my new acc and it lovked it for a while so do i just get a new device? And can i use the same number and sim and apple id?? Please help
