Mail App unable to verify username or password hotmail - deleted account My Mail app on my MacBook Air won't let me log into my Hotmail account. I tried all of the solutions on the forum, even deleting the account from "Internet Accounts" and trying to re-configure it... but now I can't even add it again! The same error pops up. Hotmail not working on Mac, OK on iPhone and Outlook app Hotmail stopped working on my Monterey's Mail, it keeps asking for the password for the account, but doesn't accept it. It works fine on my iPhone's Mail and Outlook app. The password is correct. IMap's settings also seem correct. Is there a fix? I already tried deleting and adding the account.

If you have the correct ID and PW my guess is it's a server issue and most likely temporary.
