having trouble with whatsapp buisness as the app doesnt even open on my iphone 13 pro, i am able to download and after inputting all info the app doesnt open. i have also installed normal WA on my iphone and this works fine
Until a couple of days it was working fine! I have physical SIM and a regular WhatsApp for it and an eSIM with a WhatsApp Business for the same! It worked well and suddenly last two days the Business WA won’t, tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling, still no resolution

i already did, they want video and screenshots, when the App isn’t even opening how to send it! When I press the App the screen turns black and then goes back to Home Screen
