Question

Turned off mic and camera permissions for all apps using them.

I received a pop up saying that my iPhone storage was low. After fixing the problem I tried to call one of my friends. It told me that I couldn’t and I needed to change the microphone settings on my IPhone. There isn’t a category for the mic and camera in those settings. I looked in my Privacy but no apps popped up either.

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
