I changed phone from Android to Iphone. I had a bank application on my old phone and when I try to download on my Iphone it sends me a text in order to finish the download. The SMS never gets to my Iphone. Everyone pass the ball. T mobile says its the application, the application says it is either Iphone, etc etc

If I could get the verification code I wouldn’t have this issue. As of now the app is not fully working on my phone because I can’t receive SMS I know it is related to the IPhone bc it was working fine on the Android

Can't receive SMS messages at all, or can't receive SMS from the bank app?
I can receive SMS. My issue is with this particular app
MB way that insists on saying it is the IPhone
