New iphone not receiving texts from Santander
Hi
Just got a new iphone 14, i ported over my number. Everything seems ok but when i'm setting up my Santander banking app it has to send me a one time code which i am not getting. Santander say they have the right number for me and they are sending the message, sky, my supplier says all is set up ok. Still not getting the message.
I set up my app with Barclays fine and got the passcode okay from them
Can anybody throw any light on it please
