Call drops since iOS 15.5
This problem first appeared in May 2022 since I updated to iOS 15.5
My device is an otherwise perfectly functioning iPhone SE 1st gen.
I have tried every possible fix typically recommended in this forum and elsewhere like:
Automatically setting the timezone
Restarting the device
Removing and re-inserting the SIM card
Resetting Network Settings
Resetting the phone to factory settings
Contacting the carrier
Anyway this issue is getting quite annoying and I do not know whether this forum is the appropriate channel to let Apple know that since the 15.5 iOS update a software glitch is causing phone calls to be cut after 20-30 seconds.
Also this issue is most certainly not a carrier issue as I am living right at the city centre of an EU capital and coverage is as good as it can possibly get.
Please Apple do something about the call drop problem.
The entire concept of a mobile phone is defeated if one cannot make a proper phone call even if the device is otherwise excellent.
Again if this forum is not the appropriate channel I do apologise and hopefully someone can point me to a proper channel so that Apple can be notified about this iOS software bug.
