IWatch asking for a different apple ID passworld

I set up my new watch with my phone. It is set up with the apple ID I use. But when I try to install certain apps, my watch asks for the password for different ID, not associated with this phone or watch. I have checked the ID's for all the apps, my icloud, my itunes and app store, both on my phone and watch, and they are all for the ID I want to use. I have unpaired and repaired the watch to my phone, and it still wants the other ID password. Where do I look to correct the ID it is asking for?

Check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.

Purchase History Review.  *

Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. After deleting the apps, it may be necessary to restart the device/computer before you can download the apps again.
